Tuttle Library Trustees Meeting
May 9, 2016 Minutes
Present: Yvette Brinkley, Ron Haggett, Stephen Ullman, and Margaret Warner; Kathy Chisholm, Library Director
Steve moved and Yvette seconded adoption of the proposed agenda. Agreed unanimously.
Ron moved and Yvette seconded adoption of the Minutes from April 11, 2016 meeting. Agreed unanimously.
Ron presented the monthly Treasurer’s Report. The Library is currently on its projected budgetary path.
Andrew Roper has installed the front sidelights. Ron is pleased with the quality of Mr. Roper’s work that will in the future include the storm windows.
The Roof has been completed. Kathy has ordered children’s non-fiction. The Mother’s Day Muffin event went swimmingly last Saturday. The Library will be closed Memorial Day. The initial Lego Club meeting attracted nine Legoists. Kathy will be holding a workshop for employees to update employees on relevant legal matters. The Library is hosting a magnificent collection of teapots and lighthouses.
Kathy is planning numerous interesting programs.
Ron moved and Yvette seconded a motion to adjourn at 8:15 pm.
